My package said delivered and left at front door. There was no package.

I was home. I asked them to find where the package is, since it is not at my home. They said to contact the seller. But I'm confused because now when I order something again what if they do the same thing and deliver to some random front door that isn't mine and I am going to have to go through with this all over again.

I don't understand why they are not trying to find the missing package.

The Customer service people are not helpful and say they investigated so I should check if the package magically appeared. How would it do that if they didn't bring it?

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $53.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Incompetence, Post fake delivery statuses, Have little regard for other peoples property, Repeated complaints got no change in poor delivery of packages, Did not like the way the talk to you and have no care.
