Nov 18. The delivery person backed into my garage door, doing considerable damage.
The door has to be replaced due to the damage done. Panels cannot be replaced, and a strut on the inside is broken.
I have worked over and over on your website with no responses from you. I feel intractable should be responsible for the expense of this repair.

Rude and disrespectful driver
The driver in this image, the gentleman with blonde hair, is always arguing with employees of the Ocean Club, Key Biscayne, Florida 33149. He is always under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
He refuses to move his vehicle and blocks the entrance for the guests. He gets angry and tries to start fights.

This has been happening for over 5 years! On Trac/Laser Ship continues to throw our packages on the sidewalk.
Thank God a nice neighbor noticed and brought the package into my house. The label on the package, as well as a very visible sign on the door that says, “PLEASE PLACE BOX INSIDE SCREEN DOOR” (out of the weather and away from the sprinklers). When I asked the delivery driver to place the box inside the screen door, she yells at me in anger, in another language. She parked on my neighbor's grass, destroying three sprinkler heads.
She refused to leave our house. She was told three times! I had to threaten to call 911 to make her leave. She had the nerve to act like she was leaving then, when almost to her car, she turns around, walks back across the street, walks up my driveway to my house, yelling in another language.
My husband had to intervene to make her go away! Wow! Who does this? The worst delivery driver ever!
And I paid to have her treat me that way at my own home. Unbelievable. I contacted the vendor and notified them of such poor delivery service. They informed me that I was not asking for special treatment because they are supposed to place the package at the front door.
That is another ten feet from where she threw my package on the sidewalk. That is highly unlikely when she cannot even place the box two inches further inside the screen because it is too much trouble for her. This should be a notice to all vendors who use this company of how they treat their customers. This vendor gave me compensation and has now permanently changed my deliveries to USPS.
Thank God! Hopefully, this five-year nightmare is over for good and we can get back to where we were before this On Trac/LaserShip girl terrorized us.
Geez. Just go away for good!

Don’t use them!!!
Lasership told me my package was lost and to contact the seller. The seller verified that my package was not lost; it had actually been delivered to a completely different address from mine.
I spent over three hours on the phone between Lasership, TikTok, and the seller to find out where my package was.
The seller is sending another item, but this time they are using FedEx! The seller also told me that I'm not the first consumer to complain about Lasership and not getting their packages when it says delivered!

They offered nothing, they agreed to the charge back from my credit card company. I had my credit card company charge the seller back for the items and then the seller finally replied to me where to send the product. It’s just too bad the seller couldn’t deal with it upfront and honestly rather than ignoring my requests for over two weeks.
Im trying to return a package and cannot get help from either the seller or Fas Trac, nor can I find any way to contact them directly! What a horrible experience with this company, their customer support is nonexistent!!!

Stolen package
The driver left my package in an unsecured location after hours. Instead of returning the next day and leaving ir with the staff in the rental office the package was stolen along with other consumers. When I tried to report it immediately I had to wait two business days and could only reach a AI chat with unrelated responses to report the incident.

Got a notification towards the end of the night that my package couldnt be delivered an attempt was made. They said my address was incomplete .
So crazy how every other delivery services deliver my package with the same address and have no issues.
This is the second time Ive had problems with LaserShip. Next time I buy anything Im going to make sure the company I buy from doesnt use LaserShip

8 different deliveries have not come to my address. i've talked with the ontrac driver the first time...in spanish because he acted like he didn't understand me trying to explain i didn't live at that address and pointed to my house...he laughed at me, pulled apples off my tree and drove off...this has continued over months...i've tried contacting ontrac in eureka ca...that phone number doesn't work.
i've contacted the companies using ontrac with no results...
ontrac ratings SUCK!!! i will definitely make sure i do not order anything delivered by ontrac.
