Did not deliver package from Chewy.com. I have gotten deliveries from them over 2 years.

The delivery first buzzed my gate and then called me when I was not at home. I called him back in 3 minutes. The driver said he has left and would not be delivering it today. So I called Lazership and asked to redeliver tomorrow.

And I would try to be at home for there delivery. I did stay home and see it was out for delivery on tracking and waited all day. I called Lazership and said they have it on hold after I told them to redeliver next day. LazerShip told me it was Chewy .com that requested the hold.

I have reason to believe LazerShip lied. I spoke with Chewy.com and they didn't know why they didn't deliver. Lazership customer services is not friendly or service orientated.

In this day and age everyone gets deliveries. And they should consider better ways to get there packages deliver
