Like many other's I wish Amazon would cut ties with Lasership. Based on how long the complaints have been going on (I've seen as far back as 2010 on quick google searches for Lasership).

Amazon must be seeing the bigger business picture, which is the cost savings of using a *** 3rd party is shipper is greater than the money lost from those/us who choose to business elsewhere as a result of...how should I put this...NEVER knowing what is going to happen with the package if shipped from Lasership. I've had packages come at weird hours from people in street clothes, packages left at the door with no knock, and even packages delivered on Sundays because they missed the expected Saturday delivery date. Sadly, that is the GOOD in Lasership because at least you actually GET the package. The other hmmm, letโ€™s say 95% + of the time I never actually get the package delivered to ME.

Isn't one of the benefits of paying for Prime that you have what your ordered IN HAND within 2 business days? Well that NEVER happens anymore. I hate exaggerating so I am not here. When Lasership's tracking actually does say out for delivery, they never knock anymore or never call/buzz the front door.

They simply drive straight to the rental office and drop the package there typically at a time that doesn't even give me a chance to at least pick my package up from the rental office before they close. They then have the nerve to keep updating the tracking as saying something along the lines of "attempted delivery." Ummm. No. UPS and FEDEX "attempt" deliveries and more than once.

They actually "try" to get the package to the customer. This is part of the "professionalism" in delivery services that Lasership has no idea how to implement/practice. I held off writing any kind of review but my latest package fiasco was really irritating. The tracking this time said expected delivery on October 3.

Finally, after NOT getting a package or updates (after I had planned on using the product with my child this weekend) Lasership updates to say "delayed due to external factors." Seriously? That could mean anything and be an excuse to deliver your package whenever they get off there lazy arses to do so. Guess what; a package that is supposedly sitting less than one highway exit away is STILL not here. Itโ€™s Monday.

Atrocious is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Lasership but if we're being fair atrocious is probably more descript of a comapny that completely destroys the package. So bordering fairly unacceptable and terrible? In any case, if you live in the MD area and Lasership of Windsor Mill is delivery your package, don't hold your breath. I won't generalize bad service say bad things about all locations but this area is horrid when it comes to ordering something with Lasership as the delivery.

Amazon, I expected better when my Prime membership renewed. I had no real complaints until you started using lasershit...I mean Lasership...

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Location: Windsor Mill, Maryland

I really donโ€™t understand why Walmart insisted on using Lasership to Do their deliveries! I was suppose to get my delivery Wednesday.

Here it is Friday and still no package update or nothing it just says my package was marked as delayed because of weather itโ€™s just cold out side no snow no rain nothing this is ridiculous seriously I wonโ€™t be ordering from anyone that uses lasership as their shipping company!

Then on top of that I sent an email out letโ€™s see how long it takes them to respond! This is one *** company!

I had never heard of LaserShip until a few weeks ago when my Walmart order (ordinarily shipped via UPS) was shipped via LaserShip. I immediately Googled LaserShip and was very distressed to read nothing but one-star, totally negative customer reviews, regardless of which LaserShip location I checked.

Either I'm very lucky so far or the Windsor Mill Maryland LaserShip location has gotten their act together because, based upon my two experiences with them so far, I have nothing but good to say about them. My Walmart order arrived a few days earlier than the tracking information had provided, it was left at our front door, and it was in perfect condition. Likewise with my Bath and Body Works order ...

its estimated date of delivery was next Tuesday and it arrived today, Thursday, again delivered to our front door and in perfect condition. I have another order coming from Bath and Body Works shipped via LaserShip, estimated to be delivered next Thursday, and, hopefully, all will go well with that delivery as well.

Laser ship is also the reason I canceled my prime membership after being a member for four years. I could not stomach paying a $100 membership fee to become a member of the club that excepts their packages being hurled through the air somewhere or anywhere near their property in any kind of weather.

I really got sick of watching half-dressed hood rats hanging off the back of rust-bucket vehicles that had sound systems that were vibrating the street hurling their vehicle around the corner, flinging my packages like boomerangs, and hearing them thought as they hit the wall. If this is Amazons future for prime members, I prefer to just order less frequently and consolidate my purchases until they reach $50, get free shipping, and have it delivered at least semi-normally. Here I sit since 7 oโ€™clock this morning watching the front of my house for LaserShip delivery that hasnโ€™t come yet, itโ€™s almost 6 PM, and I donโ€™t know if itโ€™s coming today, tomorrow, next week, or at all. I canโ€™t do this every time somebody surprises me with a laser ship delivery.

The only reason Iโ€™m doing it today is because unbeknownst to me, I ordered from Chewy.com and they used laser ship for this one little package even though I wasnโ€™t even supposed to get 2 day shipping and didnโ€™t pay for it! I deliberately wanted it delivered slow, and now I order something on a Saturday late afternoon and is supposed to arrive here sometime on Monday.

If more and more companies continue to use laser ship, Iโ€™m just going to start boycotting those stores, online or brick and mortar, and go with anyone else who doesnโ€™t use them. Iโ€™ve just learned to do Christmas shopping in July because of Amazons in adequacy comes to making partner deals with parasitic shippers.

Racist much?

THE REASON WHY LASERSHIP DRIVERS DON'T CARE IS BECAUSE THEY WORK HARD, I BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE PAID 1.35 OR LESS PER PIECE FOR EVERY BOX DELIVERED. THE DRIVERS HAVE NO COMPENSATION FOR GAS, MAINTENANCE, ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY IS ON THE DRIVER INCLUDING INSURANCE AND LASERSHIP, TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, CHARGE THE DRIVERS FOR THE SCANNER AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS THINGS THAT COME TO AROUND 60.00 FOR THE WEEK.THEY ARE ALSO ON A 1099, AND THEY ARE PAID LIKE *** SO ADD ALL THIS UP, THE DRIVER IS LEFT WITH NEXT TO NOTHING.

SO YOU HAVE A FRUSTRATED DRIVER THAT TREATS THE CUSTOMERS LIKE *** BECAUSE THEY ARE TREATED LIKE *** FROM LASERSHIP.

HOWEVER, ONE THING FOR SURE...THE OWNERS OF LASERSHIP ARE MILLIONAIRES....GO FIGURE. THE WAY LASERSHIP PAYS, SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW.

Iโ€™ve never had any issues with Amazon until they sent my packages via Lasership. They need to rename their company โ€œLaserShit!โ€. Smh

This company is terrible! Chewy is using them now instead if FedEx!

No doubt a cost cutting measure but it will cost customers so is it really worth it? Not a good move Chewy.

I actually just posted something myself about me sitting here right now waiting for a shipment from Chewy that used lasership. I canceled Amazon prime and stopped ordering from them much less as well because of these parasitic delivery people, but my first order for chewy came back with a confirmation that LaserShip is bringing it, which means I now have to boycott chewy as well. I always make sure that before I do things like that I write to customer service and tell them why I wonโ€™t be ordering from them anymore, otherwise, they just wonโ€™t understand that theyโ€™re losing business because of this lasership partnership.
