This company lied and said they attempted to deliver a package at 8:04 pm at night to a business, little do they know I have several cameras surrounding the parameters & I had 12 employees all outside until 8:20 and stayed until 8:40 waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered the day prior! Who delivers packages at 8pm anyhow ?

Oh and don't bother calling customer service because you will sit on hold for 45 minutes to not even get a live body on the phone. Send them a e-mail complaint and they use a bogus reference number! This is the worst company ever & I have no idea how it's even still in operation! I called Petco & they claimed they couldn't even get a LaserShip representative on the line!

What a joke! I want what I paid for!

Mind you I live 20 minutes from the facility & it's been at their location since 12/2, claimed it was to be delivered on 12/5. They need to be shut down!

Iโ€™m also in Sanford Florida, so Iโ€™m waiting for a package from LaserShip right now. I hope they donโ€™t think theyโ€™re going to throw my package in the street.

I will never ever ever again order from chewy, petco, or amazon. People donโ€™t understand that things will not change if youโ€™re shopping behavior does not change. Vote with your dollars.

If you donโ€™t want these companies using LaserShip, donโ€™t order from them and immediately email them and tell them why youโ€™re doing so. If you donโ€™t, youโ€™re just a drop in the bucket and they just wonโ€™t know why business Has tail off.

I love how you prove yourself to be a hypocrite. You have no time to entertain us as you have something better to do, yet here you are, again and again.

You most likely made a mistake, or the delivery guy made a mistake. Either way, you are too negative for me to deal with. Just remember though my dear. What comes around goes around, and someday, someone will be your customer.

I wonder how YOUR customer service will measure up. IF you even have a job.

You better be careful what you say. I had one of my teachers in trouble for sexual abuse because I made false claims when he gave me a detention.

I had one of my ex male bosses in trouble for verbal sexual harassment because he wrote me up for not doing my job properly. Yeah the truth came out, but it made their lives difficult for a while. Yeah I got into trouble for it, but it was well worth it.

If you are male and continue to harass me I may just do that to you. Say you were sending lewd emails and stuff like that so stop arguing with me I mean it, I can ruin your Christmas.

If it were a male customer I would say that he was making sexual advances towards me and they would not be able to come back to my business. I have gotten my teacher and boss in trouble for that. Yeah they eventually found out I made it up for revenge, but still it made their lives difficult.

Since you don't like liars I guess you don't like yourself since you lied when you said I was trolling. You lied when you said I don't like myself, and you lied when you said that I still live with my parents and play video games.

You are putting someone down who you don't even know. Do you have experience with Lasership?

Lasership does lie about deliveries routinely! They scan things delivered that aren't there. They say someone signed for something when they didn't.

They also delivered things days late after scanning delivered. Google all of the complaints and do some research first before putting someone down who you don't even know!

Seriously. It is entirely possible the driver made a mistake and went to the wrong business.

Do your research on this company yourself. Better yet, why don't you use them.

It's not what you know it's what you can prove & yes I have valid proof amongst other's that this company should not be in operation, due to their bogus customer service & the many lies that come attached with their "services" and sorry, no the driver did not go to the "wrong" business.

I would keep dropping facts, but I have better things to do. All I can say is that the company who chose Lasership lost a loyal customer.

You made lots of spelling and grammar errors, is it possible that you gave the wrong address? Whoever taught you English should be fired because clearly your skills are no way beyond a first grade level.

I am not trolling. Stating something you disagree with is not trolling. Only a child would ASSume that. Your reading is just as terrible as your spelling.

I said that perhaps you misspelled the address that it was delivered to and that is why it was not delivered to the right address. If you had the basic reading skills of a first grader you would be able to comprehend what you have just read.

If you misspelled words on here than perhaps you did the same when you did when asked where the package should be delivered. Have a competent adult help you read my reply and explain what it means.

Google any business and you will find a complaint just like yours. People always swear the company did it on purpose.

They don't want your business. They lie. Yada yada yada.

The fact is, they employ humans too. I am expecting a gift for my husband.

It has not come yet. Granted, I realize ordering online two weeks before Christmas was pushing it, but in no way is it the company or the shipper's fault it isn't here yet. It is mine. For not ordering it before Thanksgiving.

I know better. So I will be patient.

You should try it sometime. Also try to be more positive and give the benefit of the doubt.

You will be less angry all the time. It must really suck living in your skin with all that negativity.

living in my skin is pure fabulosity my dear. I live a wonderful life, have a great career, have wonderful people in my life, and I have my right to voice my opinion, so that other consumers do not have to go through what I myself have, as well as hundreds of others. Anyhow, I don't have time to entertain people who look to get a rise out of others, because you see, you people clearly have nothing better to do.

You are right we all make mistakes, we are all human. Even the OP made spelling mistakes, probably did it on purpose.

She is too immature to accept that she could be wrong. Must be her poor upbringing.
