Lasership attempted to deliver a package on Sunday Feb 5, 2017. Apparently driver couldn't find the street.
No attempt to deliver or contact me was made. I contacted customer service 3 hours after the supposed attempt and was told I would have package by 9pm. Guess what, 5pm no package yet, customer service is now closed and the computer updates additional info needed. Does the driver know how to use google to find an address?
Contacted customer service the following day and was told package should be there on Tuesday..wait, why not on Monday?
No connection between customer service and dispatchers. This is highly unprofessional and not a customer friendly business.
