NOTICED THAT THE TRACKING INFO STATED THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT THERE WAS NO SIGN OF ANY PACKAGE.USED LASERSHIP'S EMAIL CONTACT PAGE ON THEIR WEBSITE TO INQUIRE BUT NEVER HEARD BACK.

CALLED THEM AND WAS EVENTUALLY CONNECTED WITH THE LOCAL DISPATCHER BUT HE WAS NO HELP. HE JUST TALKED ABOUT COORDINATES AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO THE DRIVER SO, OF COURSE, NOTHING HAPPENED. ANYWAY, A SECOND REPLACEMENT PACKAGE WAS SENT TO ME AND AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM. MUST BE A LOT OF LOSERS THAT WORK FOR THAT COMPANY.

INCOMPETENT, LAZY AND *** - ALL OF THEM!!! LASERSHIP SHOULD FOLD UP AND GO AWAY AS THEY ARE JUST SCREWING THINGS UP.

LEAVE SHIPPING TO THE EXPERTS LIKE UPS, FEDEX OR USPS ETC.GO AWAY LASERSHIP!!!!
