Package delivered to wrong address
My package was delivered to the wrong address and I called immediately and repeating however the issue seem to never get resolved. First, it was it was delivered at the right after this photo proof means nothing when i in fact did not have my package and the blurry photo given can clearly be seen as not my address.
A simple google maps search would have resolved the back in forth but that seem as though a little to intelligent for you guys. The second go around is the package was given to a neighbor not my neighbor as it was not my address. Then i tried to cut out the middle man because the driver was either incompetent, slow or a thief I said give me the address it was delivered to and I would pick it up. This is something that could not be achieved as I was told it was delivered to my address wrong again.
Then i was told ill call the driver and get the address never heard back. Then i was called and told the package was delivered to the right address. This again was the wrong address and now there was no photograph provide. Called immediately again and I was told by a supervisor that they would look into it and call me back.
NEVER HEARD BACK. Issue was never resolved and a waste of life and time.
