Horrible service delivery driver did not pay attention to where he was taking it to. It clearly says on the door 1104 Upstairs in my door is black downstairs 1103. It was a totally different apartment complex. He needs more training or his vision needs to be checked. Clearly he dont need to be working for a company like this horrible service. I never received my packages before Christmas Christmas.

For some reason someone other than me signed for my package and it wasnt me we have a mail room. It was supposed to be delivered to the mail room. Somebody stole it he or somebody owes me $53 cause I never received it somebody else signed it. The camera shows that the laser ship guy signed for it said he was me. No package was left though in our mail room in Pier Village.

I lost $159 if I don’t get my package I bought it for my trip before the 25th and I didn’t get it!

My package is still missing even though they did an investigation on it, I would like for it to be here before the 25th because I bought it for my trip. Even the number you guys give out to contact you don't work, it's out of service, so how am I supposed to get anything done or receive my package?

If your number doesn't even work, I've been emailing All morning for three days straight.

only received one email that might better assist me but yet still has not taken place on a new shipment. I feel like someone else has gotten my package and wont return it even though the address I put is the same address Ive been using for like a year Ive never had any problems with SHEIN but now its starting to worry me, I spent $150 and I bought more after so Im wondering if they will mess up too here is my tracking number D100148****2392 I really only bought all this for my trip so I will be devastated if I cant even take it with me!

Lost my package and it doesn’t look like they’re doing anything to fix that. Didn’t send me the stuff again.

I have called three separate business days and am always told there is no manager available and to call back another time. I call back and still no manager or anyone who can help me. I have let FedEx know. I do not want deliveries if this is the company they use. No one wants to take responsibility.

I'm tired of sending messages without any results, they throw the package at me anywhere in the building and they sign it with my name, what's the difference between not knocking on the door. I WILL TRY WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER AGAIN THAT THEY DO NOT SEND IT TO ME WITH YOU BECAUSE IT IS A DANGER THAT THEY WILL BE LOST DUE TO LACK OF FROFESIALISM. My package was delivered to the wrong address and I called immediately and repeating however the issue seem to never get resolved. First, it was it was delivered at the right after this photo proof means nothing when i in fact did not have my package and the blurry photo given can clearly be seen as not my address.

A simple google maps search would have resolved the back in forth but that seem as though a little to intelligent for you guys. The second go around is the package was given to a neighbor not my neighbor as it was not my address. Then i tried to cut out the middle man because the driver was either incompetent, slow or a thief I said give me the address it was delivered to and I would pick it up. This is something that could not be achieved as I was told it was delivered to my address wrong again.

Then i was told ill call the driver and get the address never heard back. Then i was called and told the package was delivered to the right address. This again was the wrong address and now there was no photograph provide. Called immediately again and I was told by a supervisor that they would look into it and call me back.

NEVER HEARD BACK. Issue was never resolved and a waste of life and time.

Honestly, if your package is being delivered by ONTRAC, just assume youll never get it. Dont even waste your time trying to track it, contact customer support, fill out a form, JUST DONT. Youll just be searching for an hour online not making any progress, just outraged that a shipping service this incompetent is still in business and eventually itll lead you to this very website to this here review where you will in turn write your own review just so you dont *** blow your brains out. To the sellers using ONTRAC, youre just as incompetent as they are.

Missing package

Lasership never delivers packages to the apartment number/door that is listed on the address of apartment buildings. They always leave it downstairs in the building foyer where packages may get stolen. This is my 3rd bad experience with Lasership! I have no choice in who the company I purchase from choose as their delivery service but this is the WORST one ever
